Everything You Need, From
Search to Settlement

Every package includes the full end-to-end service. Here's what that actually means.

Property Search & Shortlisting
We search the full market: listed, unlisted, and off-market. We shortlist only properties that genuinely match your brief. No time wasted on inspections that don't fit.
Due Diligence & Independent Valuation
We assess every shortlisted property: flood history, strata records, comparable sales, council overlays, and an independent valuation so you know what it's worth before you offer.
Negotiation & Auction Bidding
We negotiate on your behalf or bid at auction. With 20+ years of high-pressure experience, we know exactly how agents work and what it takes to win without overpaying.
Off-Market Property Access
Our agent network gives you access to properties that never appear on realestate.com.au or Domain. Deals made before the photographer is even booked.
Contract & Settlement Support
We review contracts, liaise with your solicitor, and manage the process through to settlement. You won't get to the finish line and have something fall through the cracks.
Dedicated Buyer's Advocate
One agent, start to finish. Glenn works your brief personally. No handoffs, no juniors managing your search while he's with another client.

The question isn't whether you can afford a buyer's agent. It's whether you can afford not to have one. On a $700,000 purchase, a $11,500 fee that saves you $60,000 isn't a cost. It's a return on investment of more than 5x. And that's before factoring in the properties you won't overpay for, the auctions you won't lose, and the due diligence that protects you from buying the wrong property altogether.

Simple. Transparent. No Surprises.

Buyer's Agent Fee FAQs

Do buyer's agents charge a percentage of the purchase price?

No. Price Buyers Agents charges a fixed fee based on your property price range. You know exactly what you'll pay before we start, with no percentage-based surprises. Some buyer's agents do charge a percentage (typically 1-2.5%), which means the fee grows with the purchase price. Ours doesn't.

Is a buyer's agent fee tax deductible?

If you're purchasing an investment property, buyer's agent fees are generally treated as a capital cost and may be deductible at the time of sale. For owner-occupiers, they are typically not deductible. We recommend speaking with your accountant for advice specific to your situation.

What happens if you don't find a property?

For full-service packages, the $4,000 + GST retainer covers our time and resources during the search. If we don't find and secure a property, no balance is owed. For the off-market access package, we guarantee two matching properties within 30 days, or we refund the full fee.

How does your fee compare to other buyer's agents in Brisbane?

Many buyer's agents charge a percentage of the purchase price, typically 1-2.5%. On a $700,000 property, that's $7,000 to $17,500. On a $1.5M property, it's $15,000 to $37,500. Our fixed-fee structure means you always know the number upfront, and it doesn't grow with the purchase price.

Are there any other costs I should know about?

Our fee covers everything listed in your package. You will still need to budget for standard purchase costs: stamp duty, building and pest inspection, solicitor or conveyancer fees, and any lender costs. We can help you understand the full picture during your free strategy call.

Can I negotiate the fee?

Our fees are fixed and listed transparently. We don't negotiate on fees, but we negotiate hard on your behalf when it comes to the purchase price. That's where the real savings happen.
