Fixed fees. No percentage cuts.
No hidden costs.
Most buyers think a buyer's agent is only for the wealthy. Our fees are fixed, transparent, and for most clients, the service more than pays for itself. You'll know exactly what you're paying before you commit.
You'll know exactly what you're paying before you commit to anything.
Every package includes the full end-to-end service. Here's what that actually means.
The question isn't whether you can afford a buyer's agent. It's whether you can afford not to have one. On a $700,000 purchase, a $11,500 fee that saves you $60,000 isn't a cost. It's a return on investment of more than 5x. And that's before factoring in the properties you won't overpay for, the auctions you won't lose, and the due diligence that protects you from buying the wrong property altogether.
No. Price Buyers Agents charges a fixed fee based on your property price range. You know exactly what you'll pay before we start, with no percentage-based surprises. Some buyer's agents do charge a percentage (typically 1-2.5%), which means the fee grows with the purchase price. Ours doesn't.
If you're purchasing an investment property, buyer's agent fees are generally treated as a capital cost and may be deductible at the time of sale. For owner-occupiers, they are typically not deductible. We recommend speaking with your accountant for advice specific to your situation.
For full-service packages, the $4,000 + GST retainer covers our time and resources during the search. If we don't find and secure a property, no balance is owed. For the off-market access package, we guarantee two matching properties within 30 days, or we refund the full fee.
Many buyer's agents charge a percentage of the purchase price, typically 1-2.5%. On a $700,000 property, that's $7,000 to $17,500. On a $1.5M property, it's $15,000 to $37,500. Our fixed-fee structure means you always know the number upfront, and it doesn't grow with the purchase price.
Our fee covers everything listed in your package. You will still need to budget for standard purchase costs: stamp duty, building and pest inspection, solicitor or conveyancer fees, and any lender costs. We can help you understand the full picture during your free strategy call.
Our fees are fixed and listed transparently. We don't negotiate on fees, but we negotiate hard on your behalf when it comes to the purchase price. That's where the real savings happen.
